Booking & Payments

Reservations can be made online only through our website or trusted booking partners.

A valid credit card is required to secure your booking.

All prices include VAT and applicable service charges.
Cancellation & Refunds

Flexible Bookings:

Cancel for free up to 3 days (72 hours) before arrival.

If you cancel within 3 days of arrival or do not show up, the full cost of your stay will be charged.

Non-Refundable Bookings:

The full amount may be charged at any time before arrival.

These are offered at a lower price but cannot be changed or refunded.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: From 15:00 (3:00 PM).

Check-out: By 11:00 AM.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability and a small fee.
House Rules

Please respect other guests and the property during your stay.

Smoking is not allowed indoors. A cleaning fee applies if this rule is broken.

We are unable to accommodate pets.
Damage & Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to rooms, furniture, or property.

If events beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, natural disasters, travel disruptions) affect your booking, we will do our best to assist with rescheduling or finding alternatives.
